There are two bar graphs, the former bar chart illustrates the information about the comparison between actual and target punctuality of busses arriving on time, while, the second shows the number of complaints over four-year period.
Overall, the target punctuality was generally higher than actual punctuality, although by 2003 the two figures were almost similar. Meanwhile, the number of complaints showed a rising trend throughout the period.
In 1999, the proportion of target punctuality was approximately 85%. The figures for actual productivity reached a staggering 86%. The percentage of actual effectiveness increased 86% in 2000. However, when it comes to the actual punctuality, it was dropped to around 82%. In two years, (2001- 2002) the number of target and actual performance witnessed roughly the same point respectively about 85% and 84,5%. By 2003 the actual punctuality rose slightly to 85%. Closely, matching the target of 84%.
Regarding the number of complaints, in 2003, the number of complaints recorded the highest point 120%. In 2002 and 2000-years, the count of complaints went up to similar figures (100%). Whereas, in 1999, in the figure for objections experienced little share to merely 65%. The complaint increased significantly to 95%.
