The two maps compare the housing estate before and after the proposed redevelopment. Overall, the area is expected to go through tremendous changes with new public facilities such as a lake, a flower garden, residential parking and a tennis court being constructed. Additionally, it’s planned to replace current four-bedroom houses to smaller options like the one-, two-, three-bedroom ones.
Currently the housing estate lacks public infrastructure as trees seem to be taking much of the available space on the layout. The private road doesn’t entirely cover the entire housing estate and most of the neighborhood consists of four-bedroom houses.
In future, on the other hand, it is expected for the private road to elongate in order to allow the residents to drive home with ease. A new parking lot is expected to be constructed soon, together with a flower garden, surrounding much of the smaller houses. A lake will be located opposite to the tennis court, and much of the trees are expected to relocate to the northern side of the map.
