Overall, it is clear that the site will be modernized with significant changes in terms of the tree and housing allocation and an addition of several infrastructure in order to improve the living quality of residents.
Looking at the current map, one can see that the site is situated next to the main road, which is connected with a round private road. Furthermore, the trees are planted unsystematically, similar to the construction of houses. Notably, all houses in the present contain four bedrooms.
In the future plans of reconstruction, it is apparent that the majority of trees are cut down and moved near the main road and the others are placed around a new residential area. Additionally, there is a construction of a parking space at the bottom of the map and a tennis course on the north east of the map for the residents. A lake is also made opposite the tennis court to enhance the diversity of the environment. The current private road is expanded to the center of the map and around a new flower garden. This garden is surrounded by several houses that have one, two or three bedrooms.
