The two maps compare the housing estate before and after the proposed redevelopment. Overall, the area is expected to undergo tremendous changes, with new public facilities such as a lake, a flower garden, residential parking, and a tennis court being constructed. Additionally, it is planned to replace current four-bedroom houses with smaller options, like one-, two-, and three-bedroom ones.
Currently the housing estate lacks public infrastructure as trees seem to be taking much of the available space on the layout. The private road does not entirely cover the entire housing estate and most of the neighborhood consists of four-bedroom houses.
In the future, on the other hand, the private road is expected to elongate to allow residents to drive home with ease. A new parking lot is expected to be constructed, together with a flower garden, surrounding many of the smaller houses. A lake will be located opposite the tennis court, and many of the trees are expected to be relocated to the northern side of the map.
