The images above show the curent layout of housing estate and how it is expected to changes after redevelopment. And the most notable changes include the additional of recreational facilities, more variety of houses , and redesign of road access.

At present, housing estate consist of four bedroom houses with spreaded tree nearby, without path. There just a curved road in the north for private access to the housing estate. The areas is dominated by free garden and trees with no public facilities.

After redevelopment the housing is expected to become more structured, variatif and accesible. The curved private road will modify into the common acces for the easier way to approach the housing estate. And a new parking area will be added too in the south, and the form of four bedroom houses will be replace with the mixed of one, two, three houses form.

In addition, several new facilities will be introduced. A flower garden will be build in the center of housing estate, a new lake and tennis court will be added nearby main road and more trees will be planted also right next to main road.

Overall, this development wil make the housing estate look fresh and well presented.
