Overall, the housing estate will experience significant transformations, with all four-bedroom houses being replaced by smaller homes. In addition, several new facilities and a more extensive road network will be introduced.

At present, there are numerous four-bedroom houses and trees scattered across the estate. The main road runs along the northern edge of the estate and connects to a U-shaped private road. According to the proposed redevelopment, the private road will be extended to form a larger road network, creating a wooded area in the north and a flower garden in the center of the estate. The area between these two green spaces will feature a lake to the west and a tennis court to the east.

Furthermore, all existing four-bedroom houses will be replaced by one-, two- and three-bedroom homes which will surround the flower garden. Meanwhile, the southern part of the estate will accommodate a parking area, whereas the main road will remain unchanged.
