The given maps illustrates the present housing estate, and its appearance after redevelopment.

Overall, the housing estate is set up to experienced a desification in reconstructing the exist house, and a extension of amenites, garden and lake. In addition,there is a notable change in the road network.

In the northern section, largely occupied by the four bedrooms houses with trees alongside, and a road network encircled in the north. However, the road network then will be added with a new one connects right to the flower garden in the south, separating the areas to 2 different sections and replaced by a smaller one, which accounts for lesser space and includes green space only. In the west, a lake will be required along with one, two, three bedrooms houses. On the opposite side, there will be a tennis court with new houses structure.

In the southern section, which is mostly dominated by the old houses structure, then will be cleared to make way for a flower garden positioned in the mmiddle, surrounding by houses. In addition, a new parking lots will be built in the south
