Overall, the residential area is expected to undergo major changes, including the shift in housing types. Noticeably, the housing area saw a lot of transformation with the appearance of natural and recreational places such as lake, flower garden and tennis court.
At present, the residential estate just has a basic structure, with a main road running in an arc to serve residents’ transportation in need. Connecting with the main road is a circular private lane and three four-bedrooms houses are built into it. Furthermore, some green trees are planted near houses. Besides, a variety of four-bedrooms houses are also manufactured in areas around individual lanes.
Turning to future plans of the residential area, the main road will still stay unchanged, whereas the private road is going to extend. Inside the private road area, there will be the appeal of four-bedrooms houses, and just green trees which can help to enhance the environment will be kept. Moreover, all four-bedroom houses are replaced by one, two or three-bedroom houses, suggesting an effort to diversify housing’s types. Finally, the most noticeable development will be the appearance of new locations like lake, flower park, tennis court in the center area and parking at the bottom of the picture.
