Overall, there were significant improvements in infrastructure by 2010, including the addition of roundabouts, a new bus station, and the separation of parking facilities for staff and the public, making traffic flow more organized.
In 2007, the City Hospital was accessible via Hospital Road, which connected the Ring Road in the north to the City Road in the south. Along Hospital Road, there were three bus stops—two on either side of the road. A single car park, shared by both staff and the public, was located to the east of Hospital Road.
By 2010, two roundabouts had been constructed—one at the junction of Hospital Road and City Road, and another at the intersection of Hospital Road and Ring Road. These helped regulate traffic more effectively. Additionally, a new bus station was built on the west side of Hospital Road, linked directly to the roundabouts via new access roads. The original bus stops were removed.
Furthermore, the car parking arrangement was modified. The original shared parking lot was replaced by two separate facilities: a public car park accessible from the east via Ring Road, and a staff car park located to the southeast of the hospital and accessible from the new roundabout system.
