The two pictures compare the layout of the student accommodation in 2010 and the current version. In general, the student accommodation underwent significant changes, including the addition of parking facilities and alterations.

The accommodation was circled with a garden, and the main entrance was located on the southeastern side of the accommodation. There was a student bedroom on the left of the entrance, next to the bathroom. The second student bedroom was positioned opposite of the entrance, behind the kitchen. In the northern part of the accommodation, there were two rooms: a large living room and a third student bedroom.

At present, there have been noticeable changes. The southern garden was cut down, and a new car parking zone has been constructed. The kitchen has been expanded and relocated to the northwestern corner instead of the student bedroom so that the hallway has been smaller. The new en-suite room has been introduced, where the old kitchen used to be. The living room has been demolished to make space for two new student bedrooms.
