Overall, it is clear that the area has experienced a significant transformation, with notable developments in public facilities, while some features, especially some housing areas have remained unchanged.

Looking at the west side of the river, there was a large Dalton forest initially. However, all trees cut down during the next decades, allowing more space for the construction area. As a result of the deforestation, many infrastructures introduced, such as a large housing area at the top-left corner, near which was the hospital, improving access to the healthcare. Moreover, three industrial zones also built in the south-weste of the area.

Turning to the east side, there was a Hall farm, with a bridleway and small housing area situated on each side in 1815 above the River dal. A airport was built, which resulted in the disappearance of the formers. Additionally, the housing area was expanded until 2015. Heading north of the town, there was a school, enormous housing area and a hotel, which were previously occupied by the Dalton Hall and a forest.
