Overall, it can be seen that there is the village will change considerably in the future. As the existing road will expand, and there will be hotels; however, some features will remain the same.
In the current moment, Bunborough is mostly spacious with houses facing multiple shops on the Northeastern side of the layout. There is a fishing port, which is easily accessible for residents and sellers. One of constructions that will not change include the beach, houses, and shops.
However, in the near future, the village will undergo several adjustments to attract more tourists and make it easy to reach any part of Bunborough. For instance, two hotels will be constructed, one next to shops and the other near the beach. Travelling, which currently might require a car, will be much accessible as there will be a tram that connects the village from the east to the south. Another notable change is the removal of the fishing port and replacing it with a promenade.
