The two pictures below compare current map of countryside of Bunborough and proposed plans for the village that are expected to be made in 2024.

Overall, there are several main changes, the railway is expected to be built throughout the entire village and a number of residential buildings are planned to be constructed.

Currentry, there is no rail road in the village, by 2024 one will have been built stretching from the south of the map to the north-east. Due to the new railway being built, a few houses in the central part of the map are expected to be moved to the north side. The fishing port that is located to the south of the shops will be shortened and a long promenade is in plans on the previous spot.

Two new hotels are going to be built, one is just above the previously mentioned promenade and the other one will be located near the beach on the new street that is planned to lead from the center of the village to Lynwich in the south. The position and the number of the shops is not going to be changed.
