Acrodding to what is shown, present day bunborough has a highway linked to Lynwich, Maychester and the village, it also has a river linked to the beach crossing the highway between Lynwich, Maychester. Theres alot of households, shops. Also theres a fishing port in front the beach.

In terms of proposed plans, it expected to finsih in Autumn 2024. The village get more features as train, promenade, hotels. Firstly an addtion of train will be added through the streets of the village and there some households will be demolished for the train. Secondly the fishing port will be removed and replaced with promenade. Thirdly some hotels will be built.
