The image presents two maps of Buduran beach town, labeled 'Before' and 'After', each with a 100 Metres scale bar. The 'Before' map shows an island surrounded by sea, featuring a beach on its western tip and four distinct clusters of palm trees. The 'After' map displays the same island layout with additional features: a designated swimming area off the western beach, a restaurant building, a central reception building, and 13 individual accommodation huts. A legend indicates two path types: a footpath network connects the reception, restaurant, and all accommodation huts, while a vehicle track extends from the southern shore to the reception building. A pier with two sailboats is located on the southern coast. Four clusters of palm trees are also present on the 'After' map.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The maps displays the changes in the layout the Burudan beach town over a period of 29 years.
Overall the beach experienced a significant develoment with open land replaced with roads, structures , buildings and facilities.
First there is a significant change in development of settlement in the first picture there was less footpath and vehicle track however whilst the the second picture an signicant increase of footpath is evident. In addition to that ,the accomodation facilities increased sharply in numbers on the first picture due to high in population in the beach or the visitors in the years.
On the sea the boats riding were implemented which was not there before develoment, a bridge contsructed to facilitate movement from the island to the sea. Buildings were erected at the center of the beach therefore improving the roads and footpath. To add on that structures like accomadation facilities were centrally built adjacent to each other
