The image displays two maps illustrating the road access changes to a city hospital between the years 2007 and 2010. In the 2007 map, the hospital is accessible via a city road leading to a ring road encompassing the hospital. Other features include a car park for staff and public, and a bus stop on the city road to the north of the hospital. The 2010 map shows some modifications: the previous car park has been divided into a smaller public car park and a separate staff car park. A bus station is now present west of the new public car park. Additionally, a roundabout has been introduced on the city road south of all the other facilities. No numerical data points, percentages, or specific scales are provided in either of the maps.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.
