In 1995, the percentage of electrical power used for heating was 40%, this figure was followed by the amount of power used for water heating which was about 30%. Furthermore, around 10% of energy was used for lighting, refrigeration, and other appliances respectively.
However, in 2015, the porportion of energy used for heating and water heating reduced to 30% and 25% respectively when compared to that of 1995, whereas more power was used for lighting, refrigeration, and other appliances. Around 10%, 15%, and 20% of energy was used for light, refrigerator, and other appliances respectively.
