The providen data from two charts illustrates the estimated rate of residential maritial status in Canada in Australia. It is clear that both of the countries listed have a high percentage of single inhabitans and married ones. Nevertheless, the percentage of divorced people are slightly equal.
In Canada, percentage of separated, but not divorced remains the highest rate at 53%. In the mean time, Australia’s share of separated shows 46% compared to the Canada’s rate which is lower (29%).
In contrast. both pie charts exhibit that population without marriage, single and widowed are at the same level. Furthermore, the percentage of divorced are quite low in both countries with 2% in Australia and lower at 1% in Canada.
It is necessary to highlight that Canada’s ranking also has a rate of same sex marrige compared to comparative country and equal 3%.
In conclusion, both data shows that majority of population on the different continents still remain to be single, no matter what circumstances are behind it.
