The provided two tables illustrate the proportion of households with three kinds of different internet connections as well as the average quantity of hours spent online per household in country B over the 10 years between 2015 and 2025.
Overall, it was cabel which was initially had the high percentage of internet connections and also in average time spent online, but after 10 years fiber optic more significant and stood at the leading position. While the dial-up ranked the least in both tables.
According to the first chart, it was cable which was initially had the highest proportion, however it decreased to 10% throughout the period. In contrast, it was fiber optic which was almost as high as that for dial-up (25% and 20% respectively), while the former number increase significantly doubled to 55%, the latter experienced a dramatic drop to 5% over the 10 years.
In the second table, cable had the highest share in hours, as it grew slightly to about 5%, while the fibre optic doubled to 30 hours in 2025 by standing at the leading position. And the least productive hours was spent on dial-up in both years (10 and 4 hours respectively)
