I am writing to explain the problem with the public transport in my region and suggest some solutions to improve it.

One of the most serious public transport issues in my area is that buses often arrive late and sometimes do not come at all. This problem directly affects residents; for instance, workers and students are being late to the workplace and school. Besides, the facilities are outdated and unsafe, which makes passengers feel unpleasant and uncomfortable. As a result, individuals prefer to commute by car or motorcycle in their daily lives.

To solve this problem in the future, I consider that the transport company should improve the arrival time on the bus application and provide more bus routes to offer locals more choices. Moreover, the company needs to update amenities on the bus to serve commuter services.
