Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to raise my concerns regarding your company’s public buses which have incousistent schedules and poorly maintained air conditoning.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the bus time schedules and the undesirable odor. Firstly, buses are often 20 to 30 minutes delayed, especially in the morning, which is peak cime to travel from home to the workplace. This relates to managing working hours. Secondly, buses have unpleasant odor from air conditioning , particularly in the summer season. In this season, people who ride buses sweat more, so they could be more dirtier and stinkier.

To adress these issues, creating an online application to get updates of traffic congestion and track buses location can be more helpful. If passengers are updated, they can manage their time efficiently. This is more comfortable for them to go to the workplace.

In addition, regarding odor, I suggest regular cleaning. This will be more pleasant to spend time on buses.
