Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Ben, a resident of 6th Hill Avenue, Stoney creek, Hamilton. I am writing this letter regarding the difficulty which we are facing due to recent route changes in Hamilton public transport buses. The new route change has completely ignored the bus stops in Stoney creek region and we people are facing difficulties to board the public transport buses.
As per the new route map, Hamilton public transport focuses more on the Downtown region and only has a single bus stop in the Stoney creek. People living in Stoney creek are forced to look for other options for their commute. People without their own means of transport have only a single option, that is to do a carpooling. Carpooling do cost twice the amount of what people pay on buses.
I would like to suggest you to conduct a re-examination of the routes and bus stops in the Stoney Creek area with the other officials to solve our problem. Hoping to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
Ben Sebastian
