Dear Sir or Madam,

Iam writing to report some issues regarding the puplic transportation system that appeared in the last three month in Alexandria.

Firstly, there is an obvious delay on the main bus appointments, as it is supposed to be at the station by 6 pm. howerver, it always comes one or two hours later. Secondly, the seats of the bus are inconvenient specially for children and old people.

As a result, people are struggling to go to work in time,and that can cause problems to them with their managers and hinder the productivity. Another implication of that problem is the unpleasant feeling of the tourists which can harm our reputition internationally.

I would like to suggest some solutions to recify these mistakes. It would be great if you replcaed the current buses with a modern and smart versions which will improve the commuter’s experience. Additionally, hiring skilled drivers would help to reduce the delay and achieve fast and efficient drives.

Please give this matter your immediate attention, and I hope to see a remarkable improvement soon.
