Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter in order to complain about problem that I experienced in your company’s public transport.

To begin with, my name is Emily, a regular user on your bus. I go to study every day with this transport. However I often face many issues. For instance, last week l have late for my course and l have punished strictly. Because in our city buses stop everywhere, and there is no separate roads for public transport.

As a result, this issue is causing being late, many people suffering from this situation. Apart from that stopping anywhere can be cause accidents.

In my opinion, government should put new rules about transportation, and build separate route for buses. I believe these changes can change the situation.
