Dear Manager Of The Bolu Yedigöller Bus Company,

I am writting to express my concern regarding the ongoing issues with the reliability of the bus service at your station. Every morning I go to my office by bus but last two weeks I do not find anywere to sitdown. İn fact sometimes getting on the bus is imposible. This problem affects our office life everyday.

I know petrol prices are increasing so many company reduced the bus servise and they do not send a new servise for two or three passengers who wait on the bus station and can not get in the bus. İn addition more passengers have to wait standing in the bus. I want to say nobody is happy to prefer your company and your services. However, they are thinking of complaining about you to the ministry if we cannot find a solution to the problems.

Public transportation is vital for daily life and we need to know that this problems will be solving. May be you should add a few new services for your passengers and your company reliability. Also you should take some action and develop your communication channel about the customer satisfaction.
