Dear sir or madam,

I am writing regarding the problem with your bus when i went to Sembalun over the last two weeks.

I am surprisingly with the condition of this transportation due to there are a lot of cockroach. Besides the window can not be open

As my body especially my sense of smell is sensitive, that situation really disturbed me along the way. I expected that i can read book with peace, but because of that animal flying arround me, that is so disgusted and inconvinienced. Moreover the window stayed locked. It is really impact my trip and will my bad experience in life.

In the future, i hope your company will more attend to maintain hygine and keep it clean. Furthermore, you can fix your facility then the custumers feel hightly convinien and enjoy their trip as well.
