Dear Sir

I hope you find this letter well. My name is Anmol, a resident of River East Transcona. I am living here since 2020, and I like my neighbourhood very much. I am writing you to araise a concern regarding the damage of the road outside of my home; as one of the reliable member of the society committee.

I want to inform you that Bridge street, which is one of the main road of our area, has developed the several potholes and cracks over the last few months. Due to the bad conditions, people afraid to drive on this route. Moreover, water logs in the holes during rainfall, so it decreases visibility of hole to the drivers and vehicles stuck between them, blocking the road. Additionally, it is very difficult for children to walk to school in such hazardous situation.

Accordingly, I respectfully request you to take a immediate to our issue by filling the potholes and resurfacing the cracks. Repairing the road will promote safety among the children and make the roads more accessible for everyone.
