Dear sir/madam
I am a tenant in the ABC society for 15 years now. I am writing you this letter regarding your recent decision to sell the public park. I am here to express my dissatisfaction on your choice and the several consequences which could happen if you decide to ahead with it.
The society mostly resides families with children. I am also living with my wife, my parents who are above 60 and my 2 kids. My children like to play every evening in the park with their friends, and my parents are the ones who accompany them to the park, do some light jogging and supervise them. I am always thrilled to witness children playing and adults performing yoga or jogging in the park as it inculcates a habit of physical activity in them in fresh air which is a very healthy habit keeping in mind the numerous medical problems going around because of lack of movement and fresh air due to pollution in the city.
I would want to request you, kindly reconsider this idea of selling the park as it benefits about 100 people on directly with development of better lifestyle habits. If you still decide to go ahead with this idea, one of our neighbours works as a journalist in X publications and he would not hesitate running a story on this situation against the council.
I would appreciate if you would consider my request at the minimum. Thank you for your time.
Yours sincerely
ABC.
