Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Ricardo Garero, a resident of Westmount, and I am writing this letter to inform you about an issue that several other residents and I are facing due to the sports stadium near my house.
Let me explain the issue in detail. Since the opening of the stadium, i.e., a month ago, each weekend there are several tournaments which attract large groups of people. This has been causing severe parking issues for the residents, including me and my family. Moreover, the games or matches which are scheduled later in the day have been disturbing my day-to-day life, as it gets really noisy and it is hard to peacefully do anything at all, even with all the doors and windows closed. My elderly parents are unable to sleep at night and it is causing us great trouble.
I kindly request that you talk to the stadium authorities about the installation of soundproof walls. I also suggest that a designated parking space be created for visitors that does not hinder with residents parking.
I thank you for your attention to this matter and request that you kindly look into this matter at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
Ricardo Garero
