Dear Mr. Kunle and Mrs. Mary.

I am writing this regarding the preparation of our annual work party, as you both are part of the organizing team. The party has been scheduled to be held on the 25th of December, 2024.

However, regarding last year’s party that was held at Landmark Hotel on the 15th of December, 2023. I had the opportunity to be a part of the organizers and I think some activities held should be done better and in another dimension this year, such as the venue, arrangement of the hall and some game activities.

Although we had fun moments at the previous annual event, yet I think some activities were not properly handled. For example, the master of the ceremony did not deliver his speech properly. Likewise, there was a shortage in the number of servers available in the food section.

In light of this, I would suggest we organize a private meeting outside the office premises to have an interrupted conversation. I propose we converge at the shopping mall along Shelton Road on the 22nd of November, 2024. I think the mall would be more convenient for us all, as there is an official space available for meetings and its proximity is convenient to everyone’s destination.
