Dear John,

Here i would like to talk about our annual work party next month, which is celebrated every year. This year, I would like to celebrate the party next month at the Mountain Five Star hall, which is located in the city center near Alex mall. There are full facilities for the party, such as great decoration and the hall space is very big, and it’s fully air-conditioned.

At the last time, there was a sound system with too little sound quality, but this year a great DJ system will be arranged.

So, we can all meet to plan at my farm house for planning the party. I hope you will have free time for planning this weekend, June 12th.
