Dear Sir and Mamdam,

I am writing this letter with the regard of the gas fee of last month in my house.

I found out that the gas fee of last month was three times higher than any single previous month, but our utility of gas has been the same in each month. There might be something wrong in the gas bill.

The gas fee of last month have already been paid from my bank account a few days ago since I set up the automatic payment. This is an unfair cost of our gas utility since my family do not use the gas to provide heat during summer. We are afraid of our account will be deducted such high bill in the following months.

I suggest it is better for your comany to double-check the correctness of our gas fee of last month as soon as possible. If the gas fee is correct, please inform us that what is the differences of the utility of gas between last month and our past usage, which could help us avoid such high gas fee.
