Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention several ongoing problems with the changing rooms at the sports centre.

Firstly, the doors have noticeable gaps, which compromise users’ privacy. It is possible for others to see inside while someone is changing, making it very uncomfortable. Secondly, the ventilation is poor, and many users feel suffocated after a workout due to the lack of fresh air. Lastly, the changing room is currently shared by both men and women, which is not appropriate and should be changed to separate facilities for each gender.

I have raised these concerns multiple times with the staff. On my last visit, the supervisor assured me that the issues would be addressed, but no action has been taken so far.

I kindly request that you look into these matters urgently and ensure that proper steps are taken to resolve them. I also hope the staff will be held accountable for not following up on repeated complaints.
