Dear Mr. Donald,

As a member of the sports club i would like to raise a concern about the condition of the sports club changing room.

We are facing the problem of broken locks in the changing room from last three weeks which is leading to long lines in front of just one proper changing room from the five others. Further, there are no lights in any of the changing room.

Its has been almost three weeks I complained about everything to the maintenance department, and we are still using the same changing rooms. Last time I complained they told me they will solve the problem in two days but unfortunately those days never came.

I request you to take this matter seriously and do the repair of the locks and put some new light in every changing room. Moreover, whole of our group ended up discussing that the maintenance head should be suspended for few days for his negligence.
