Dear sir,

I am writing with regard to an facilities in your sports center that I used to attended and used every weekend.

I am genuinely felt appreciates for your sports center that have been exist for last two years, especially it was really close from my apartment. I have been to be a member in your sports center from it started until now.

However, a month ago I have a little bit issues due to some facilities that your sports center served. The problem is about key of some locker in your sports changing room is not in a good conditions. I am not sure if you know this things and feel that this is a serious things to fix since I felt it not too serious at first. Apparently, a few days ago I have lost my appliance that I put in the locker and I thought the key is fine but it is not at all.

I tried to tell your staff about that but they said they could not do anything since there ware no CCTV in that location and they also said that the spare key of that locker has been stolen and need to repaired. I tried to believe that it will be in a nice situation next week after that accident, but it is so pathetic because the broken locker that I have used last week is still there and have been used by someone else.

I felt so sorry to say this but I am totally disappointed due to those issues. I hope that your responsibilities will fix all of those problem, for instance you should purchase or repaired the old locker in order you should make sure all of your facilities in the sports center is in the good and safe situation, and please make some new regulation for all staff and visitors in your sports center should have their own codes to open the locker and the foremost things is please put some CCTV in the locker area.
