Dear commissioner,

I am writing to bring to your attention about the recent incident that occurred in my neighborhood. A dead body of a cat was lying in front of my house for an extended period before it was removed. Although we informed this matter with local municipality team, they made delay in their action that made situation to distress and more inconvenience for me and my neighbors.

Let me explain the situation. First and foremost, we feel that the presence of a dead cat creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment for the residents as it already carcass stunk last evening. Additionally, its odor was unbearable as it attracts the flies and other pests that posing a potential health hazard.

I understand that unforeseen situations might sometimes delays, but I believe that such incidents should be addressed promptly to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our community. I kindly request that the city council implement a more efficient system for handling such situations in the future. This could include a dedicated hotline for reporting dead animals and a quicker response time for removal.

Looking forward to seeing improvements in the city’s response to similar incidents.
