Hello dear John,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to invite you in the biggest festival of India named the Diwali and it also called S Deepavali while we were studying together in Canada last year you promised me to visit my home country and explore our culture.
As I told you before this is a very popular festival and this festival, also known as festival of lights. We celebrate this in month of November. I guess this is the best time to visit and enjoy our culture. It will be also helpful for your current working project, namely “Different cultures and traditions “.
Diwali, our national festival will be celebrated this to joy of Lord Rama return at their home after 14 years. It’s it kind of victory of truth on negative energies and victory of lights on darkness. This is a five days long festival and on that day of Diwali we pray God is Lakshmi and light the crackers in the night also Indian people make the different and delicious food item as well as sweet products and share with each other. You can clearly see how Indian people are connected with their culture, even if they are living modernlive. And I am pretty sure that it will become mesmerizing experience ever for you.
Since I came from Canada, I told too many things about you to my friends and family that how you helped me to introduce different culture and different country so also my family members and my friend who wants to see you and your parents if they can come, it would be so nice if you will come and enjoy with us.
You’re loving
Maulik
