The bar chart presents the children’s spending on five most popular activities in the year of 2020 in Australia and the UK. Overall, it can be anticipated that, the statistics has a fluctuation in the activity variation, but interestingly, kids in that time were more interest in other things than using internet
Firstly, children in the UK spent considerably more time watching TV(62%) than in Australia (32%). Again, In Australia it is seen that, children were more likely to spend time with friends, showing almost 62% in 2020. In addition, only 40% of the UK kids loved to do the same. Moreover, 41% of Australia’s toddlers were playing or practising sports where the percentage of these activities were stubby in the UK with only 23% in 2020. Furthermore, playing computer games had a lower percentage than the previous activities. Approximately 29% of kids in Australia spent time on this, whereas 25% in the UK went through this, in 2020. Last but not least, each of the country’s youngsters had the least spending on the internet. It was 3% in the and 5% in Australia.
To conclude, it is interesting that even in the age of technological innovation and implementation, in Australia and Uk had significant number of children used to spend their time watching tv or spending time with friends.
