Dear Sir,

I am writing to bring to your attention some issues regarding your hotel.

I have been booking your hotel to stay during my holidays for the past few years. Recently, I stayed in your resort about one week and encountered some problems. Firstly, the tap in the washroom was leaking and the water was spreading on the floor.

Secondly, the room heater was not functioning properly. Consequently, I had to clean the floor regularly and was unable to use the heater during extremely cold weather.

Since I liked your services and amenities last year, I preferred your hotel for my vacation. However, I am not satisfied with your facilities now due to the inconvenience.

Specifically, it would be helpful if you could arrange a plumber and technician to resolve these issues.

I would be grateful if you could give this matter your prompt consideration.
