Looking from am overall perespective, it is readly apperant that the Denham has witnessed several spectular developments after its renovation the biggest one is the construction of new houses and a removal of farmland, shops.
Turning to more details, in 1986, farmland and shops were demolished in favour of new houses, and the primary school was enlarged in size. Post office still stands as it did in both of year. Some trees were chopped down to provide easier access to the building area. A large house was replaced by a retirement home and was enlarged in size. The bridge and riverbank have been left completely undeveloped. The path from the river to the garden was completely removed and replaced with new houses. Currently, there are a lot more residential houses than in the past.
