Dear Mr John,
I am writing to complain about the delayance in returning the radio that you took for repairs for over a week now.
On the 8th of April, I bought a radio from your shop. Upon reaching home, I realised it wasn’t working so I brought it back to the shop. It was collected to be repaired and returned after a week but up till now it has not been returned. This is very unprofessional and I am not very pleased with you not keeping to your words.
I would like to know why the radio has not been returned yet, if there are any issues kindly let me know. My patience is running out.
I would be expecting the radio latest the end of this week hopefully, it would have been repaired by then. If that would not be possible kindly supply me with a new radio to compensate for the previous one.
