I am writing to express my disappointment in a product I recently acquired from one of your outlets on Queen’s Road and the subpar service I received afterwards.
I purchased a radio set from your establishment, and barely 24 hours after usage, it developed faults and stopped working entirely. I was asked to return it for repairs by the customer service agent I spoke with on the phone. I was assured the appliance would be working perfectly and ready for pickup in a week’s time, which, up until now, almost two weeks later, it has not been fixed.
This setback has left a rather indelible mark on the trust and confidence I have in your business. I intend to know why it is taking so long for the radio to be fixed. This downtime has inconvenienced me greatly, and as such, I will like to request that you expedite the repair process or provide me with a brand new device if the delay will take more time. I look forward to your immediate attention to this matter.
