Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring a situation to your attention and my disappointment in the service provided by our shop.
I bought Sony radio last week from your shop on Sunday afternoon, upon arriving home and trying to start the radio I realized that it is broken as there were no channels on it and all I could hear was static sound, I understand that there are millions of products specially from this brand and it is possible that unfortunately I stumbled upon a defective one however I was told by one of your representative that they will repair it or provide me with a new one should they fail to fix it, Its been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from them yet. This showcases extremely bad service on your part and I am hoping that through this letter you can help me provide quick resolution to the matter.
