Dear Mr. Star,

My name is Alexandr Kolo. I was supposed to organize a farewell event for Steven Moore, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I am no longer able to do so. My wife, Stella, is sick, and I have to be at home this evening. Fortunately, my colleagues Mary and Adam can help me to prepare the party. Moreover, they have already agreed to replace me.

Actually, Mary is a very strong organizer. For instance, she created the similar party last year and everything was amazing. No doubt, this woman won’t let us down.

Sum up, the activity isn’t expensive, and I am ready to pay around 30 dollars per person. I have invited 14 people, which means 420 dollars. All of them are our colleagues and friends.

Regrettably, I need to take care of my wife, and I will not attend the gala evening. I hope you understand me. If any problems arise, call me immediately.
