Dear Mr Thrive,
How are you doing I am writing to inform you that I won’t be able to organise the planned farewell party for Mr Sly again as planned eariler reasons being that i got an urgent and emergency call back home that my younger sister is in the hospital to deliver her baby.
I understand this is coming as a short notice to you that is why I humbly want to request the assistance of Miss Blessing to help carry out the task while I attend to my sister for the meantime. However, I will ensure all things are being supervised and done correctly to give Mr Sly a memorable farewell party.
As for the support I will be needing from the company, I will like to be supported financially so that I can purchase a valuable gift item through the help of Miss Blessing and also I will like the company to also assist with logistics as the cost of transportation and stress of boarding different cabs can be too much for her. And Lastly, I will also like the cost of feeding to be covered as i have already negotiated with the caterer of the day. I’m sorry once again for the inconvinience but I promise it will be an awesome party.
Your’s sincerely,
Glory
