Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the no facilities that the residents of my local lebrary need .After carefully considered in my local lebrary there is no new books and poor maintenance of the reading area.I felt it necessary to address this matter formally.To provide some context, library are needed for children and teenagers to learn new knowledge and learn interesting facts .In addition to this, environment in the library that is fresh air,stillness, and peace are very vital for seniorsʼ health and to relax.Furthermore, it is a good and comfortable place for and read books in their free time.Moreover, I would like to suggest you who should pay attention to the environment and the population conditions.I am confident that sush steps would result in positive outcome and individuals will be to gain knowledge.
