Dear Pooja,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to tell you about the camera i borrowed from you last week. I am really sorry to say that it was accidentally damaged while i was using it.

The camera is black digital camera with large display and a detachatable lens. Unfortunatly, while i was taking some photogra[hs outdoor, it slipped from my hand and fell onto the ground. The screen is developed a crack and the lens is also slightly dameged. Althought the camera still turns on, but the picture is not clear.

I feel sorry about what happened. I intend to take the camera to the authorised repair center and pay for all the repair cost. If it can not be repaired propely, i will replace it with the similar camera.

I sincerely apologise for damaging your camera. I hope you understand that it was completely accidental.
