I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor internet service that was installed at my house last month by your company.
For the past several weeks, the internet speed has been intensely slow and frequently disconnects. It was completely different from what had been advertised. As the result, this matter had nagatively impact on my work from home. In addition, I contacted the customer support team two times but no one responsed until now.
Due to these issues, I believe that the service was not worth the money and did not meet my expectations. Therefore, I would appreciate it if a network technician to inspect and fix it immediately, and I would request a reduction in my monthly charges until the service is improved to the promised standards.
