Dear Enkhjin,

How have you been? I hope you’re doing well. It’s been a while since we last met to plan our trip.

I’m really looking forward to our first-ever music festival. We’ve been planning to go to the “Playtime Festival” for such a long time, and I’ve already prepared all my festival essentials, from my outfits to my makeup!

However, some unexpected news came up at work. My manager just asked me to stay because our annual budgeting process is starting earlier than we thought. Unfortunately, we have to work this Friday and Saturday to attend an important meeting. Because of this, is there any chance we could change our plans?

I actually have another idea. If it is possible, we can go for the last 2 days of the festival instead of the first 2 days. I checked if we can change our tickets, and the organizers said it is totally possible. Plus, the lineup for the final 2 days looks really good!

I hope you can understand my situation and that changing the days works for you. Let me know what you think, and I’ll wait for your response.
