Hi Dave,

I hope you’re doing great!

I’m writing to you with updates on the upcoming holiday. I know that we both are looking forward to the holiday, and you contributed a lot. Especially all the activities we’ve planned to have.

However, my younger brother, Tom, broke his arm last weekend, and there’s no one else who can take care of him. Therefore, I have to postpone our plans.

But don’t you worry or be upset about it. I believe he’ll be as right as rain in no time and we’ll able to implement our plans. In the meantime, what do you think about visiting us for a movie-night? Any day will work, I mean I’m stuck here anyway… You can also bring your dog with you; and we’ll order pizza!
